MOTIONLAB is a fitness studio that focuses on small group classes and personal training.

We created the studio with ONE thing in mind, “to help people move better”. We don’t follow trends, we know what works for the body and we are going back to the basics. Experience mobility & integrated bodyweight training with our world class qualified coaches. GET IN MOTION

Super fun 60-mins circuit style workout is programmed to make you a better and stronger mover. Our training incorporates both free and bodyweight.  Get ready for a super fun hour that will leave you wanting more. 

Led by our certified and experienced trainers, our curated training are designed to help you get stronger. You can choose from two levels depending on your goals and fitness level. 




Ever felt tightness within the body that feels so uncomfortable and limits you from doing your everyday things? This is because the lack of body control and mobility can potentially cause discomfort & pain which can elevate the risk of getting yourself injured.

MOBILITY101 is a 60-mins mobility-focused training that focuses on building body resiliency with various joint strengthening paired with dynamic and active stretches. We’ll focus on developing and improving your mobility & flexibility. When you have better control& awareness of your body, it will help mitigate injuries and move better overall. 

Doesn’t matter if you’re an elite athlete or someone who has never worked out a day in your life , MOBILITY101 is for everyone!

Animal Flow is a ground-based, bodyweight movement that is fun yet challenging in the best way. It’s primarily focused on bodyweight training which emphasises on multi-planar, fluid movement. 

In this class, you’ll learn the fundamental building blocks of Animal Flow and once you’ve mastered the basics, you’ll be able to learn how to perform your own flow. 

Whether you’re an extreme athlete or just looking to get fit – Animal Flow is for everyone who wants to get into their peak physical condition and have fun while doing it.  




Designed for the modern go-getters and working professionals, MOVE45 is a power-packed 45-mins circuit style workout that is programmed to make you more mobile and strong. 

Led by our certified and experienced trainers, this class is easy to follow and perfect for beginners who wants to clock in a quick workout. If you’re looking for a quick workout, this class is for you.

Coaching is so much more than just motivating, keeping the time and playing music. All our coaches are internationally certified and are ever ready to help you with your form during class and guide you through your workout, every step of the way.

Safe, Efficient & Effective Workouts

No frills, no machines. We only use free-weights and body-weight movements in our trainings. Not only the workout is time efficient and effective, it also helps you build strength just the way you body is designed to move

Small Group Classes

All our classes are capped at maximum 8 people per class. This way, each person will get personal attention from the coach while training safely and effectively.

Joseph Lee

Head Coach & Co-Founder

Being the Head Coach of Motion Lab, Joseph is a firm believer in achieving your fitness goals through a systematic and scientifically proven approach.

Specialising in mobility & strength training, he has helped many of his regular clients to restore their ability to move pain-free again and athletes to improve their performances while reducing their risk of injuries.


Rhenu Ravichandran


Rhenu is a certified personal trainer with a hunger to share her knowledge. With a strong passion for fitness and helping individuals feel great about themselves, she will help you achieve your fitness goals the right way!

Rhenu believes that with persistence, consistency and discipline you will be able to own your dream body too. She’s a chemical engineering graduate who works in digital marketing with an undying love for food, fashion and fitness.

Megan Chng


Full time movement educator and part time clown, Megan’s approach to movement is based on sustainability and longevity – because we’re here for a good time and a long time! She firmly believes that “It shouldn’t hurt to do the things you love”. 

Using the principles of the Functional Range System, Megan will help you strengthen your joints, increase your mobility, and mitigate your injuries so you can live long and prosper – safely and pain-free!

As a dance and theatre practitioner, Megan has guided many individuals across a variety of skill and age levels to (re)discover their freedom of expression through movement. 


Kelly Choong


Marketer by day, fitness coach by night but a hardcore foodie at heart. 

Kelly believes in staying active so that our bodies can continue to stay strong and agile even as we age. “Move well and move often so you can move like you’re in your 20’s even when you’re 60”, is something you’ll hear her say. 

Kelly is an extremely dedicated coach and she hopes to continue to share her love and passion for fitness through her classes at Motion Lab. 



Sean Lim


“Be kind anyway”.

That’s my motto in my career and life. With almost 7 years of experience in the fitness industry under his belt, Sean’s clientele profile ranges from amateur, professional national athletes to senior population who’s looking to improve their quality of life through fitness and nutrition.

He also helps empower new moms in their 30s and 40s to get stronger so they can play with their kids pain-free.Sean is a firm believer in long-term, sustainable, and healthy progress and empowering clients to take charge of their own fitness journey.


Corrine Chong


A former gym rat with a mentality of ‘no pain, no gain’, Corrine now advocates for the importance of ‘listening to your body’. Her goal in life is to move pain free. Teacher by day, fitness coach by night ; Corrine’s career with children has unfolded her unparalleled level of patience in helping her clients to understand their body better. Her nurturing nature makes her session wholesome and easy to follow.



Sin Yi

Behind every successful studio, is a superhuman running the operations. Sin Yi is that person for us. If you have reached out to us, it’s highly likely that you have spoken to our superadmin, Sin Yi! Due to the limited space for every class, we currently do not accept walk-in customers. All bookings must be made ONLINE. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking.
All class credits, packages and memberships will start from the date of purchase.
Eg. if you purchased on the 13th July 2020, your class package will be valid until the 13th August 2020, depending on the validity duration of the package and membership.

We wouldn’t recommend you coming to class if you’ve had a recent injury. Please consult a doctor and only attend classes when you’ve gotten a green light to perform physical activities from your doctor.

We would highly recommend our personal training services for individuals with injuries as you are very likely to require more attention to assist with your rehab and recovery process.

We recommend barefoot training at Motion Lab. You don’t need to bring your shoes, just come in slippers and we have a shoe rack for you to keep them during your workout!
